Question about Warp Cards

I have a question about warp cards in MS. I recently received a warp card from doing Bartol's Quest, but I do not know whether this item can be used more than once. I do not want to be stuck in Omega Sector for a prolonged period. Thanks for your time and effort!

Aww. Thanks anyway. I'll figure out a way to get back to Ludi from Omega Sector. Maybe I can do a few quests. :P

At the bottom of Eos you can do a quest to get some eo tower scrolls.

At the bottom? I thought it was the Ludibrium guard's quest. Oh well, I'll give it a try. Thanks! By the way, another question, can I use the junior/senior rep power to transport to another family member if I get stuck in Omega Sector?

you can always use the remaining warp card(s) to transport back to Victoria.

yeah on the third floor of eos tower roly-poly 10 has a quest that gives you scrolls for killing 20 black retz and collecting 5 of their hard walnuts

I think there was another quest that gave them, the one where you talk to a Nautilus NPC then go to an Omega NPC. (I think)
