Monster Book Problem

Yeah, well my account has a weird issue with it. I can't get Monster Book Cards to drop, ever. I highly doubt that it is lack of enough training because I've been bunny camping for money recently and while everytime someone joins me they get like 20 of em in the time we are there, I dont get any at all. I've never had a Monster Card drop before, and the only reason I could get 1.5x with the cards is because my friend let me loot hers. I heard there was a glitch with Monster Book that got people free stuff... What about me? Whats wrong with my book? Ive gone on other accounts and killed bunnys, and they drop the cards, but for my dit, they don't drop.

thats weid check the maplestory website i think it has a notice or somethn bout monster books issue and if u can't get help send a ticket

I think its just random luk, seriously. I know it sounds hard to believe since like you say all your friends get cards, and you got on your other char, but not this one. Try getting a 2x drop card & using some family rep for 2x at the same time. ( yes, they do stack so you would be on 4x drop while the rep 2x was active ) If you try that & STILL dont get any cards, I be really surprised.

the monster book issue mostly affected people with numerous cards and most people who had recently got time temple or elin forest pq monster cards the glitch caused people's book to have the number of cards shuffle increase decrease, etc this also prevent some people from seeing drops or getting that extra 15% when gms fixed the glitch they gave everyone who was affected (and had their book fixed) 30days of 2x drop and 3k maple points gms still havent fixed everyone's mosnter book and in your case, lower level monster cards were never affected by this bug as for monster card drop rate, your just unlucky

I honestly doubt this is luck, I have never gotten a monster card ever and I made my account in 2007. I do train but suicide is my method of travel. I've been on 3x drop several times while at bunnys, and I still dont get em.

Well i trained for 2 levels at drumming bunnies (from 60-62) on 2x drop and I got 2. These monster cards were pretty recently implemented, so making your account in 2007 really has no affect. Edit: At above, some monster cards give added bonuses (like extra jump, drop rate or something else).

I had to kill more than 4000 bunnies on 1x Drop to get at least 1 card. Keep at it

Anyway I don't think cards are affected by drop rate (doesn't seem like it anyway). How long do you stay at drum bunnies? I got four in an hour and a half.

I got 0 in about 10 hours. but on other chars, I was getting like 3 an hour, depending on attack speed the only time Ive ever gotten a card is from looting. For the longest time Id look at peoples thing that says they have '16' cards at level 40, and I'd think to myself.. WOW he must have the GODLIEST luck in the world. Honestly, I dont get these cards. Im willing to put this to the test also. Tell me how long / how many bunnies or whatever monster and we'll see if anything happens. I have like 6k rep so I can do 2x drop if it does affect them

My book is still messed up. The # of cards for each monster keeps changing. My [Total] cards & the level of my book stays the same though, thank God. . . . . I thought they said they fixed this ?

After the last server check I randomly had 3k maple points and a month double drop card. Someone said it was because of my monster book? Is this true? If not what did i win/how did i end up with it?
