Cygnus Knight creation

I want to know how do I create a Cygnus knight. I would go NightWalker but is it out in GMS yet? I am no sure because in on of the Cygnus book, it say that you can create it if u have a lvl 20 and above. How do I create a Cugnus Knight?

Prequests. Cygnus Knights come out on the 29th or somethin around that

No, Cygnus Knights aren't out yet. BUT, to create a character when it comes out, you have to log on MS with your main account (lvl 20 or above) and you should appear in a dark room, an npc will ask you if you'd like to join "the order" he takes you to Ereve(GMS name for Ereb) and you create your character with nineheart or cygnus empress, one of them. A popup comes out like if you're just making an ordinary character, after that, relog into the knight of cygnus and start training!
