hold it in for at least 3 days. you will begin to break wind profusely. savor the fumes. (some ppl say you can bottle farts but not only is that very hard to acheive if you do that the treasure of a fleeting experience will be lost and it will prevent you from fully appreciating every unique aroma) do not go until the very last minute. when you finally being to vacate your bowels the relief will be the most pleasing sensation you will ever receive in your miserable life, better than sex, and it can be enjoyed time and again. the harder the stool the more gratifying its expulsion will be.
