"I dont know why I am off rankings but the message says to contact customer support. There is no time frame, it just says "temporary request". When I spoke with someone at Nexon earlier they said they were looking into my account and for me not to log in until further notice. I am assuming this is part of the investigation. I can log into Nexons website now and I am shown when I log in. I do not know what is going on and I cannot contact anyone until tomorrow. I guess more waiting is needed" Straight from SleepyWood~
