plzz help, i cant poop. when i go to washroom, i try pushing and squeezing out real hard, but nothin comes outt! ive been eating fried chicken and corn bread for days now so that might be the probelm, but w/e. anyways, its cramping up inside meee i need help, why is this happening? any tips would be nice
