I'm 13 and I think I had a wet dream today.... I had a dream then I wasn't sure what happened. So I wake up this morning and see sperm.... I only masterbated twice in my life and the last time was almost 3 weeks ago and have stopped since then. Why do I do this and are wet dreams the same as useing your hand?
