Agent Scroll 100% (looks like a chaos scroll)? How rare are these? I just got one and scrolled my earrings and got +2 dex and +2luk on the permanent titanium ones, some luck huh? So its +4luk, +4dex right now

They are really common, and +2/+2 is not really that good.. ive gotten +3/+3/+1/+2 on my overall

I've gotten +8/+8/+5/+4 on my overall I scrolled it with 2 more and now it has no str. ;-;

You can;t get +8, chaos scrolls only give +/- 5 to any given stat.
