Obama has a messed up medical plan.

Kentucky has one of the best government medical plans in the nation because we actually pick to spend our taxes on the right stuff unlike other states that have horrible health care. Why should the states that spend their money correctly be punished cause other states corrupt government? I think the states should chose to take obama up on his offer or not, as I know our government opposes his plan, I mean look at canada and europe, they don't have the most perfect health plan and they have had theirs for years. In my state you can walk in almost any emergency room if you have something medically wrong with you that is urgent and they will take care of you. So I think Obama needs to butt out of the states job. Edit: Fixed for those europeans / canadians that called me wrong >_< I don't want to cause any uproar.

I live in Canada and yes , medical plan sucks , its always filled. Wooh ! (i only saw this in my Province , Qc) no offense guys.
