Omg, what kind of bug is this!

I found this bug in my living room so I tried to kill it. I got my fly swatter and smacked it a few times and it curled up and I thought it was dead but after I was done it uncurled and started moving again. So I hit it a few more times and even stepped on it and it curled up in a ball again and withstood it all! It was like it was in some invincible state. Frustrated, I took the bug and wrapped a bunch of tissues around it and put it in the fire place. I set the tissues on fire and watched as the bug burn to death. But wait! I was wrong. I saw it crawling out of the ashes unharmed. I gave up on trying to kill it so I left it in the fire place. WTH is this bug? Its blueish-greenish and doesn't fly. It's sorta scary. This reminds me of the time I was at my friend's house and we saw the strangest bug. It had wings, it could RUN, it had some kind of horns and it headbanged as if it was listening to metal. It looked kinda like a grasshopper or like a horse. I took a picture but the quality was crappy. We scared it and it started running and took off flying. My friend took a stick and started swinging it where the bug was lol

XD That's the only thing I know about cockroaches. I wonder if they come in a blue-ish green color... TS: What's the size of the bug? Antennaes? Shell? How many legs? Describe buggy pwease. o.o

Well I went back to see if it was still there but I cant find it. And I cant really describe it much more. Its around the size of your fingernail I guess. Sorta walks slow too. Im guessing it has 6 legs. I didnt pay that much attention to the details. I was just more focused on killing it.
