I find a luk rob terribly unnecessary. It's better to invest in a good weapon and wg. A high atk PAC also.

50k nx = 30k in gacha (nlc/shrine) the other 20k = mts = 90-100m So you have 590-600m + gacha = well 600m-1b if you are lucky and get a white scroll. 50k nx = buy 40 AP resets for later HP washing. 500m isn't much to work with but it'll make your sin decent. Maybe 10 att wg, 10 luk earrings, 15 luk robe, 3 att 10 luk pac, save 250m or so for a decent skanda? Assuming your sin is dexless.

I would get the best claw and glove i could get first, so i don't know why you put the skanda at the bottom of the list. Dexless sins don't need dex in their cape they usually use luck.

But with this order, she could get better global equips compare to if she spend a 400m at begining on a claw. For sure, in her situation, i would merch like 2-4more weeks to get like 1.5b (2 weeks) -2b (4 weeks) then she could get WAY better equips. It might feel long, but 4 weeks compare to a ms life is short plus you could keep 100-200m for leech.

get 20 scroll for overall for luk in mts, (which is about 30knx max, if it cost more then ur getting ripped) 2 sauna robes that's clean..or bathrobes, scroll the robes, pick out the best one to keep and sell the other one, now get a 25 attack dayo which shouldnt cost more than 30mil(clean) 7 claw att 60% or 30% if u dont mind having the item destroyed, scroll the dayo and there u go..agent equipment should cover the rest..

10-15 atk wg, 42-5x atk neva/shinobi, 16-24 luk robe, 6-10dex bss/yss, ilbi/crystal ilbis, any mask with dex/luck, any earing with dex/luck, good attack and luck/dex pac, and an nx hair cut and face to make u look smexii

Your supposed to pump into luk, unless she's having plans on going as a dexless rab user. OT: Work you way with just the basics. WG, FS, and stars. Once you hit 64, worry more about your claw than anything else.
