Where to use 3 Gachapon tickets

Well, when I went into CS, I saw that I had 3k maple points. I don't know how I got them, so I just tried to buy a bronze meso bag, but it wouldn't let me. Since I couldn't buy the meso bags, I decided to buy 3 gachapon tickets. Where should I use them? (To get the most money, and have a good chance of getting something good) Thanks.

go for Mushroom Shrine if you want to be safe. NLC if u want to take a risk to get White Scroll. (Shrine has it too.)

mush temple is the best unless you have an ungodly ammount of tickets in which case anywhere is good but being as thats not the case mush temple.
