What should i get with 90 mill?

I have decided to sell my PAC for 95 mill (sense i only have like 14 mill to do stuff with and i buy hornsters) So i was think of trying to get an Icarus Cape 2 with +10 str but they are so hard to find so i may just buy a cape that has 10 str or above. But i was also think i could also buy a deputy star. And i was also thinking i could save it for sky skis. So which one should i do? Also i have a mount

Faster spear > Speed. I'd say go for the sky skis, I got a 106/6, 96 clean, 94 clean, and 92 if you wanna buy. o.o Also, a deputy star is a big waste of money. They're like, what, 50m now? You could buy a MoN, which is literally 15x better, for only a fraction of the price. (Only con is you gotta wait till 100, but a spiegleman isn't THAT bad, lol.)

OT: If you need more accuracy deputy star may be in your favor. But you could also get a sniper pill.
