Are Elquines 30 prices starting to drop?

Recently, I had been holding onto an Elquines 30 so I could sell it to my friend when he says that a person who had (has) a level 200 had told him that the bosses in ToT are dropping them as well, thus eventually delating the price to Ifrit-like numbers. In the end, I sold it to my friend for 9 mil but the question I have in my mind is: Is this rumor true? Feel free to leave your answer in the comments although screenshots are just as good.

Meh. I suppose they should, in theory. What I'd like to see, is fire demon 20 dropping from something that people actually train on.

Heh, I found two of mine at GPQ @_@ But since they're dropping from TT monsters, it's safe to say that prices are dropping. No solid proof though. Skillbooks' prices usually depends how desperate the seller/buyer is anyways.

idk about dropping but i got mine for about 4 mil. seems pretty cheap to me already.

lol i got mine for 40k and it worked D:, i was in fm surfing for paralyze 30 and ran into it so i was "hell yeah"--- buys.
