Apparently, word spread in Windia and other servers of a hack crisis. So far, here is the confirmed overall information I know: 1) Most of these incidents took place in FM. 2) It was said the hackers take control of your character, ON SCREEN. 3) They hack you by stripping of your equipment and mesos. 4) Some said it's fake, yet the rest said it's real. 5) Rumors said the hackers somehow gained access to the Nexon database. 6) Rich maplers are more open to hacking. 7) The best way to avoid this threat, is to avoid FM until further notice. Also, don't forget to disable 'Party Search'. 8) Whatever you do, do NOT accept trade, party or chat invites from strangers. No wonder talking to strangers is dangerous. 9) Hackers will more likely send you a whisper or a chat invite. If it is someone you don't know, do not trust him/her. 10) For now, empty FM rooms are dangerous. If any of you have further info about this hack crisis, please feel free to submit a post. If this crisis continues, then it might become MS history.

jaaayyynl(sP) did put out a smega saying that she was hacked yesterday, Losing a 21 att bwg, a 14 att pac, 50 dex sauna robe. Also have a guildmate who has hacked and she's too afraid to start using her account again, unless she had a keylogger she didn't break any account safety protocols. also met a guy in aquaroad the other day who had to redo the kenta quest, as a hacker tossed out his saddle. I didn't probe for reasons why, as I was tired, about to go afk, and teh server patch was in 30 minutes. yeah jaaayyynl is annoying, but if he/she really was hacked he/she/it didn't deserve it. Maybe a perma ban for smega spamming-but nexon makes a buck 30 for each smega.

Ugh, I don't care if he got hacked, lol. This guy comes outta no where smega'ing like he owns Windia.. Saying how he leeches all day instead of training.. Like, okay?.. No. You can't get your account hacked unless someone knows your info or you got keylogged somewhere.
