while i was in school, just in class, my heart started beating really fast, and i had a little difficulty breathing and there was a sharp pain in the upper torso area. this continued for almost three hours and i had to be in some sort of sleeping position on the desk where my face is facing down and resting on my arms to ease it. any idea what happened? if any thing helps , im 14 years old , not overweight, but a little high on the BMI and just finished a 12 round jog for P.E it wasnt really that tiring and the heart beating thing started only a few hours after the jog.

You might have overworked your heart or something, I don't know. If it happens again, see a doctor.

I'd suggest you talk to your doctor, as I doubt many doctors go on basil.

Over exhaustion, you probably ran a lot and suddenly stopped didn't you? You need to keep walking it off so your heart slowly adjusts

Overexhaustion / Heartburn (but heartburn should be over really quick...) That's my guess, I'm no expert. You should probably ask a doctor.
