I still don't get how to make a KoC.

My friend told me about making extra character slot, and how you need to be level 20 only. I don't get it, can someone please explain clearly?

So you get to lvl 20 as a beginner? or do you advance as liek a warrior, and become a dawn warrior O_O

when u first login do you choose between adventure and cygnus or as ive seen there is just a new guy next to your other guy but with some archer over him
