Weird Message in Fm

I was afk in Fm Channel 1,Free Market 1 for about 2 hours. When i come back I see a message like the ones that GM's send. or the Message that pops up when you spam too much. It said "s for too long. You will now be blocke" Obviously the message was cut off and as of yet i have not been banned. So does anyone know what it's meant to say and does anyone have some insight on this issue or has it happened to you before? Edit: To my knowledge nothing is missing or missplaced out of my inventory or bank as of yet (just pointing it out because of all the chaos about the 'hackers')

I honestly wish I did get a screen shot of it (otherwise it didn't happen) but seriously I literally have no reason to lie about it. Def not a smega it was in the exact message box when you spam too much with a blue background and the whitish/silver looking border and the orange buttons that say 'ok' and 'cancel'.
