By hacks i mean, like huge hacks, like the guild hacks that happened last year. And the one that's going on now, why would ppl do this? Is it merchants? Idk, let's talk about this. PS: Mods, don't lock or delete this thread just becuz it has to do with the current hackings, we have every right to provide opinions and information. Ty

Spending a huge amount of money on a game, and just in a splitsecond, it is all gone. He must be slamming his head on the table right now.

Well first off, you should care to know that there are 3 different types of hackers: Coders, Admins, and Script Kiddies. Which by means, white hat, black hat, script kiddies, where white hats just do the hacking for the fun of it, black hats tend to do some serious hacking (in previous versions hack the whole game and glitch out) while most of the hackers are script kiddies. But nonetheless, i would assume a lot is based on the whole nexon group, because it is a business, they would likely love to CAPITALIZE on the income. Like, a few artists today, they have capitalized on one idea and have spread it throughout other companies and created clothing lines and such. In short, Nexon is pulling everyone one's leg. They are technically the Admins and Coders already, so they can make any wrong, right and vice versa. Currently, I would remind you, hacks are once again live and active as we speak so to warn those that lay lost or is confused of the situation: my friends accounts have been hacked. By, one, if you get a chat invite and talk to the person you will dc and get hacked (given). Secondly, would be the trade requests (given). Last, my Dementhos Guild Leader's friends, in Scania, all confirmed this, people now can hack you, if you pick up random things like weapons or drops, you can check out MyLoveTracy Banned by Richie83, YouTube it. and yes this was discovered earlier cause hid dk buddy picked up a maple wand a random dude dropped, and then he dced, but on the following day, his green skis were in that guys shop. Above that, my guild leader almost got hacked earlier today too: he got a whisper from some random guy when he was chilling at a spot with a couple of other guild members. The whisper said, "would you want to relog?" and he did it quickly. Once he did that, he logged back in, then the guy said, "would you like to do that again for 5 mins" where he soon traded the guild member he knows all his items and then logged off, and nothing was stolen. But from his experience and others, I would likely believe that the hack would just go into your account and take your items that are valuable. SO BE CAREFUL! As help, go to game options and take out all chat invites, trade requests, and whispers. And if you don't want to get hacked, the best option is to not get on at all, until this problem is resolved. =D

actually i did recall that when i opened up a shop in the FM on my mule account, a buddy came in from my guild, and told me there was a hacker in the FM, yet i was more lost on what was going on, this was 3 days ago.
