Can't go on youtube?

so i just deleted a virus witch was called "intervalhehehe" it prevents you from going on certain websites such as any search engines and other websites. it also leads you to this Fake microsoft website, it tells you to pay a certain amount of money to delete the virus. it also prevents you from going on youtube, facebook mysapce etc.. so when i got rid of it i could go on anything exept for youtube.... anyone know why i can't go on youtube but i can go on any other site? i got this virus from downloading a fake version of Winrar witch i did not know.

ive had a similar problem just system restore, very easy, takes like 10 mins
