What the heck is with all this sudden hacking?

Suddently im hearing of everyone getting hacked. HeroTex, about the richest person in Bera, was hacked. Three of the richest people in Mardia are getting hacked. Left and right, all of the known rich targets are getting hacked. They all have to do with something though. Someone invites them to a FM, they get DCED, they log onto another char on another account, and they find their main character being stripped and items being dropped. Its rediculous, if you ask me. I also heard of a theroy that nexon is doing this to promote their new cash shop item, Item Locks. They purposely hack a well known character so that everyone will know, and run out and buy Item Locks, so Nexon gets more money. Its also pretty fishy that Item Locks just recently came out, and that this new Maple Leaf Brigade just started. Im thinking its trying to scare people that even the MLB can't stop them, so its even more promotion twards the Item Locks. If its not nexon, then where is it all comming from..?

its some volunteer (correct me on this, im not sure) where seletected maplers get to ban hackers. theres alot more then that but thats the nut shell :D EDIT: lol i got ninja'ed anyways i havent seen any signs on the mlb anywhere, anyone have? OT: yep its definitely suspicious

HOW DO THE HACKERS DO IT? Why didn't hackers do this weeks ago why now? how do they do it anyways they look at somone and suddonly know there acount info?

Im not sure but all i know right now frequently people like HeroTex are getting hacked but this some sort of new hack that came out recently and maybe nexon will rollback.

Seriously, you and that other person accusing Nexon with no proof are beginning to annoy me. Just think it clearly, why would Nexon jeopardize its whole company and Maplestory just for a few extra bucks...? Especially if any evidence leaks out that Nexon is the cause of all these suspicious hackings, no one would play Maplestory anymore. I'm pretty sure Nexon is not that stupid to put itself in that much of a risk to gain some extra money. So please stop it with the "Ohh, I don't know what is happening to Maplestory. Let's just blame it on Nexon and be done with it."
