I got no room for another char in my main account and I forgot my birth date. There's going to be a free 4th slots? Please prove it

To create a Cygnus Character you must first register a parent character in Ereb. When the patch is released, there will be two sets of character slots. Adventurer (Standard) and Cygnus. You can create as many Cygnus as Adventurer (Buying an extra slot would apply for both races). Source.
