What do people look for in a guild? Because my guild looks more dead than alive right now and new recruits leave early.

Friendliness, levels don't really bother me as long as they're mature and aren't like "MESOS PLZ HELP ME LEVEL" and such. Maturity is also an important trait people look for, so nothing bad like.. fights or ksing happens in guilds.

Depends; people who love guild pqing would more likely stay if your guild has a mass of guild points. People would want to boss would like to see more high levels, and threads on GuildBBS about zruns etc. People who want just a nice fun guild would like to see active and talkative people.

Single women. Activeness, Zruns, events.

First thing that I look at is the name and emblem of the guild. If it has to be stuck under my IGN, it better be good, lol. Next, the level of maturity in the guild. I don't care how strong or helpful they can be if they're all 10-year-olds. After is the level requirement. I'd like to do some things with a guild I'd join (GPQ, which i still don't know how to, or even a Zrun much later on). I don't want to have to take care of 50 1st-jobbers. Lastly, or tied with the idea above, is the leader's ideas on what type of characters should be allowed to take part in Zruns. There's plenty of people that would only select the most beneficial classes, but guilds like Zinnia in Windia would allow any class to take part (and yes, I've talked to his leader and we talked about this).

I personally look for how nice and active the members are, not necessarily how many people are in the guild.

1. Decent name 2. 100+ minimum 3. Mature, or at least people knowing proper grammar I look for them in this order, and if any of the above are missing, I leave.

For my guild, level doesn't really matter as much. What we want for people who are active or at least on enough that we now they're alive, nice and sociable. And we can't really do those guild runs because we don't have enough people, like 99% of our guild is dead. My guild name is [W]indows95 btw o3o
