I've finished all 3 of the torn books quest and apparently I'm suppose to recive a quiz book but I havn't. Some say I need this quiz is needed complete to make a Cygnus when they come out.

They drop from monsters. You don't get the book once you finish the quest.

You get it from drops, and no you dont need it to get a cygnus character. just gives you 800 exp and a buff.

OK, but I was killing monsters before and none dropped the quiz book.

I was killing ribbon pigs for the torn cygnus' pieces and one of the pigs dropped the cygnus quiz book. the book goes into your use inventory.
