where is my free pet and weapon !

I made an acc after i saw the event, for the free nx, weapon and pet. So I got my nx, which I wasn't so happy because it wasn't anything special, but then I got to lvl 10 and got no weapon! and then I got to level 20 and no pet ! i did get that lvl 10 claw and dagger that you usually get, but the atk on it was the same. I'm sure I'm missing something here, I mean because we had to redeem our nx to get it, it wasn't just randomly their, but I checked my e-mail and then cash shop and nothing is there. Here is proof of me getting to lvl 20 - http://img189.imageshack.us/img189/1162/nexonscrewsmeover.jpg Also can anyone log onto the maple site? I can't.
