Are all sins dexless?

Are all sins now dexless? I never see any lowdex sins, and the regular ones are usually like level 130+.

I see plenty of low dex at 120+ because it's better.

It used to be dexless sins that succeeded but in the end regular and low dex sins win in the end because they can wear higher level claws. Btw I capped my dex at level 60 and I have 100 base dex. Is this good enough to be a strong low dex sin?

I have a level 50 regular dex sin. Normal equips, no zhelm, no dep star. But I do throw illbis and steelys, which makes a huge difference. I can hit up to 2,400 damage if I get two criticals.

Not all sins dexless, and even all dexless are not sins.

Just enough to wear Casters/Dawn Raven's Claw.

Im regular dex and I love it. Im proud to be one of the few that are not dexless and/or damage hores. You dont see a regular dex hermit walking around there days.
