Switch to a one handed sword and buy a stolen fence. Right now, that is the most important thing to do. Then go to the potion shop, keep buying the potions, and then selling them back to the store, you'll earn a lot of money.

Maybe two sunset dews, i'm not sure but maybe Or you could buy about 100 meat from the lith harbour store, then go on the ride to orbis and drop all the meat on the ship when it's moving. A monster will come and accept your offering and make you level 200.
