Is Oz the flame wizard from KOC a boy or girl?

Well in the descriptions of the KOC job adv people while it explains that Oz is a boy. Is this yet another mistake or is it true? I think Oz is a girl.

When I did the quest it said Oz is a guy...O_O certainly looks like a girl though.
