Hey guys Ive been told that you have to make a lvl 20 for job advancement for KoC Is that true?

you need to have a character that is level 20+, then it allows you to make a Knight which starts fresh from level 1. When you level the knight to level 10, you make the job advancement to one of the 5 knight jobs. you dont lose the 20+ character that you started with

False, you need at least a lv20 character to make another character that can become a Cygnus Knight.
