I heard that having a KoC will increase the weapon attack of your main. Idk if that is true but if it is does your KoC have to be on the same account as your main? Or is there some way to link it to your main from a different account? Because my account already has 6 slots with 6 characters than i all play.

No, It's the other way. The higher your main gets the stronger your KoC gets. AND yes, no, gl getting to lvl 20 on another file.
