Where does an 87 Outlaw train :I

I'm having trouble training at level 87. Windraiders are really slow now and sniping Newties is even worse. Any suggestions please?

If you don't like newties you're pretty much screwed. Nightshadows is highly reccomended but you might want to max Flamethrower first.

you could try squid, or you could use jack barricades room and kill stormbreakers, or maybe the time temple if you have lvl 21+ ice spitter. don't leach, ppl who leach are no different than hackers/botters.

Sniping at Newties is your best option, but it's boring as hell. From lvl 105 you can start JNPTing for more exp.

Newts. Play window mode and whack on some comedy/a film/pron on the internet/comp. Stormbreakers at CWK are good (there's a room full of em) but the pot cost is massive.
