Wel for the guys who have only seen highest atk on a pac 17 atk or below. When ms comes back online go into mts and look up character name herotex he has 4 of them in their 18 atk ,(2) 16 atk's 0 slot left and a 16 atk 1 slot left, along with (2) 21 atk bwgs, (2) 67 atk bracers a 50 luk sauna, 50 dex sauna, 45 dex sauna, 14 luk earrings etc. just whenever you can go check it out
