I got suspended O_O

Hey guys. I recently got my suspension from posting on basil lifted. It was suppose to end on the 18th of July, but i guess they unbanned me early? Anyway, what i want to know is something about reporting posts. I got banned for a troll/meme, and the meme was "yo mamma...". I saw that guy around basil for ages, and everytime i saw it i reported him. I never EVER used that in anyone of my posts. I honestly only post if i know i can help the TS, otherwise ill just read the posts and learn from them. I reported the �o mamma.." guy, and this caused ME to get banned for HIS comment. Anyone know why this was? And yes there was a use in making this thread as i dont want to get suspended again, especially for no reason. I just wanted to know if reporting people ends in me getting banned? O.o

i think it was because you posted in his thread - one of basilmarkets rules is that instead of posting in a trolls thread, report him because posting just feeds the trolls

If you quoted it, you would get banned.

I got that to but i was unbanned after i used the report form. so remember this- use the report function BTW, I didn't quote so probably you didn't as you get a clear message reading: "Quoting an inappropriate post will result in a suspension. If you see something bad, report it , don't quote it."
