Well, last night I took 200 mg of Diphenhydramine (Benadryl), while I was on it I tried to go to sleep, my body started feeling too relaxed giving me the urge to move (twitch or shake) It's been a day now and every time I lay down or get relaxed I get this feeling, what's wrong with me? I weigh 115 lbs. and am usually very healthy.

Diphenhydramine is also a sleep aid.

Uhm, a side effect of Diphenhydramine is that it causes some problems in Motor skills maybe that explains the twitching

dude inject urself with stariods u will be better in no time trust me i did it before but i had 500 mg of diphenhydramine

The effects will stay longer if you overdose. Edit: In this case, much longer, since it takes a while for your body to break down such an overdose. Since you only need this much (don't know how much) to let it take effect, as long as this minimal amount is in your blood you'll suffer from the effects.

In the poision control center's website it said to go to the hospital if you have taken 7.5mg or more per kg body weight or 300 mg (whichever is less) or if experiencing any serious symptoms. It's not a serious symptom but it's just kind of hard to sleep.
