Okay so I want to make a KoC, but im a bit confused about the concept of you needing a character 20+ to make it? Does it have to be on the same account or no?

When they come out you'll see a light bulb above your head. You'll be transported to erev,erebe, W.e and then it'll let you make a nobless. rumors speculate that you need to have a 20/30+ adventurer. Once you make it u get a free Char spot just for KoC. Try to make it on ur bishop. You'll get a major atk boost.
