As I have already posted in the Maple General Section, this is how you get the Agent Cape. Agent P from Agent Headquarters will give away the Agent Cape. Go to Agent HQ by talking to Agent E in a town, talk to Agent P and select "I want an agent cape." http://maplestory.nexon.net/WZ.ASPX?PART=/News/View&boardNo=100&contentNo=005Rc&pageIndex=1 Do this after July's 15 server check. Now everyone's mystery is solved. =]
