im wondering im currently bidding on a 89 m atk i thin k+8 int( could be7) but yea for 8 m is this a good deal or should i not buy it? its an evil tail

Good deal, since a clean one is already 75 magic attack, that's +8 more magic attack and + 8 INT. But how is it possible to only have + 8 more attack with 8 INT more? 60% scrolls give +2 magic attack, +1 INT.
