Being a guy on a girl character

I'm not doing this as anoter angry thread I've been asked this right now because of this SS: http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/7894/lolwtfr.jpg I don't blame them I'd ask the same thing (maybe) if I'd see a similar picture (both girls and guys characters), but I've just remembered I got into a deep fight into this. I'm mostly if not all the time on xMaou currently so most of my friends know me only on her, I've met some girl at LMPQ we talked we chatted each other and became MS friends, one day while I was training at WR she chatted me and started talking about 'girl stuff' (boys etc.) and me as a guy with a rather feminine personallity I've kept the talk running until idk how it happend but she asked me if I'm a guy (I have a rather bad memory lately), I've answered I am and she started yelling at me why didn't I tell her why didn't I stop her from talking about these kind of stuff etc... I've tried to explain her I've found no use of telling her I'm a boy what diffrence does it make, she kept asking me why do I act like a girl "act" I've got really pissed about it and we stopped talking. Does it really make a diffrence that I'm a guy on a girl char and I don't always (lately I tell most of the people I meet) say that I'm a guy? I have no problem telling my gender I just rather have people accept me the way I am.

But the other dude in the thread was just curious, it's not like he was gonna start a fight over it. o.o But if you don't feel comfortable telling your gender, whatever.

I don't think it matters. I mean, if I found a guy friend interested in talking/listening and is whatever level feminine I wouldn't mind. I'd love it. :T

i dont think its a big deal. gender doesnt really matter when it comes to being friends and stuff. and anyone who like, hits on you or whatever, is kinda pathetic. for obvious reasons. also, the game.

It doesn't matter to me either :3 in fact I've met a lot of the opposite, girls playing as male characters. I play a male character sometimes myself (They are just so cute :D ). Like i said before It's no big deal, as long as you're not lying about it to get something out of it, or do something that would be considered wrong.

People usually assume whatever gender your character is...is your gender. I actually was in the exact same situation as you. I'm very open-minded so chatting with another girl about girl stuff doesn't really bother me. I just said something that gave me away as a male once and she was like o.O She didn't get angry like your friend though and everything came out alright. Truth to be told, does it really matter what gender character we make (unless it's for a maple relationship =.=)? If she acts differently around someone just because of gender differences and personalities and whatnot, then I really don't know what to say to her. Btw, 2/3 of all my characters are females.

I am told that having a feminine personality helps when trying to get a girlfriend. o.O" I'm pretty un-manly. XD "Alex, what soap did you use?" Me, "I used herbal essence body wash." My friend, "Go get some axe/old spice body wash, NOW!" I like the smell of flowers~ Anyway, does it matter if you are a guy or a girl? It shouldn't make a diffrence. I have guy friends, and girl friends. I like them both, the only diffrence is my guy friends don't like being touched; unless it's some contact sport. >=D P.S. Don't think dirteh thoughts!

Exactly my reason to stop talking to her, being close minded by not accepting the fact that I'm feminine and because it really doesn't matter and she made so much fuss over it @above me lol, and no i'm straight.
