Is Being str-less a good idea ?

I was thinking about being strless because they have good damge , one of the least expensive weapon in the game , ect. But I usally see say they s*** and everything , why so ?

NO. 1. my guild leader said strless archers are stronger. BUT NOT AS STRONG. 2. the final bow of strless archer is Kandiva, its pretty rare and expancive to get 100 att one. 3. reg str archer can use nisrock as final bow (usually), that can pretty easly get to 100 att. most archers choose to use 110+ att bow. as you lvl up the dex:att ratio increase. close to lvl 120, you will need about 10dex for 1att. so basicly you need 2 lvls for one att. lets say you have a 100 att kandiva at lvl 120, reg str archer has 110 att nisrock. if 1att = 10 dex and 10dex = 2 lvls at lvl 130, reg archer will have +15 att more (he gets att from both dex he add+ 10 extra att from bow) strless archer will have only +5 att, from dex he added ONLY. 4.as I been told, strless archer are equal in power in lvl 80, and getting weaker at 90's~~

At above... don't spread lies, i know u mean well but 10dex = 1atk.... 1atk is equal to about 5de in the early 15x range so please dont speak unless ur well informed theres a excat formule u can google im to lazy

If you are gonna make a strless u should put back into str after a while(70+) so u will end up as a reg str (and so you can use better(x) bows) or else your dmg will be weaker when u are stronger

(2str is like 1 dex, right? so yah.. for me about 5dex is little higher then 1 att)

NO whatever you do DON'T BECOME STRLESS the reason is because they suck at early lvls and they might be better through 35-75-80 they just hands down suck in 4th job i believe because due to their weapon limitations they are bad...and either way strless are way overrated xD

Depending on your total ATK, STR and DEX, the dex = atk ratio can vary. For my 1xx ranger, 1atk = about 3.3dex. I wouldn't recommend making a str-less archer (just for damage). A moderately funded dexless sin can out-damage a funded str-less archer easily. Although, it does make a noticable increase in dmg until mid~late 3rd job.

Do what i did/am doing. Str-less then start pumping str so that you can use the lvl 90 bow/xbow. or lvl, 80 if you want no big deal.

You can get to lvl 35 to use a maple bow/crow pretty easily. Starting at lvl 100, you start to get weaker than normal str archers. If you are going to be strless, try converting to normal str somewhere from lvl 80-90 if you can't find a strong maple kandiva/nishada. If you have a pretty good weapon, you can start later. If your very well funded, you can go low str. Strless archers are stronger than normal str from lvl 35-9x.

cant the blue metus be used as a final weapon for strless? i thought they had no str requirement. Nvm.
