So, i've read the whole topic, but.. It doesn't say if we can do it more than once on a item o.o.. So... can you do it more than once? Like lets say you upgrade a sword with a diamond. Can you keep doing it?

it's just for one time: when u make the item, by putting all those jewels and stuff in it you can make it over avg

Maker skill makes items, not upgrade it. With an upgrade diamond, the clean weapon you make will have the extra W.ATK. High leveled equips have more jewel (diamond, sapphire, garnet, etc) slots. Also, weapon stimulator stacks with jewels.
