I just got banned.

Ok before anyone abuses me for a reason I can't think of at the moment, hear me out. I was just banned whilst training at peak of dragon's nest with a friend. We were training, I disconnected and was permanently banned. I wasn't hacking, I haven't done anything illegal that I can think of. Currently, I am at the peak of my training phase and currently am still in a state of shock. I have logged a ticket but I honestly think I will not be getting my account back even though I haven't done anything wrong. Thanks for reading.

Log tickets. Explain to Nexon as nicely as possible. Don't spam tickets. Pray. Nexon seriously has been r-tarded and decided to give out perma bans for no reason lately.

One of the most overlooked reason for bans is a faulty HS file. Not that it matters at this point anyway, since fixing that is only a preemptive measure. Still, a permanent ban means it wasn't something trivial like swearing. It could be a mistaken case of NX fraud.

And yes of course a permanent ban means it's something quite serious but that just makes me wonder even more so as to what caused it.

Perm=software malfunction or GM proof of breech of ToS. in which case the GMs will review the ban list to see if you were caught hacking, if not then other measures will be taken to review it and see what has happened. However nexon DOES reserve the right to ban or delete your acc without a moments notice without any reason at all. However due the some severe cases of false NX fraud bans, nexon has recently setteled out of court paying court costs + restitution and reinstation of account + maple points as an apology. If you charge by pay-pal and think it might be mistaken nx fraud, look into it with pay-pal... they do ALOT to protect their users and nexon will bow down to the all-might pay-pal people as long as you provide proof (i GURANTEE it )

Some faulty files in the HS folder supposedly causes misinterpretation as far as the auto-ban system goes, or something along those lines.

It really is actually going to keep me up tonight. And also I charge via paybycash using my bank account so perhaps we can eliminate that possibility. thanks!

I highly doubt that, if you have read the ToS they say that they reserve the right to do anything with your account; your account is property of nexon.

And to all those above that asked, the message tells me that I have been banned for using third-party programs and/or hacking. @InHerArms, I respect your POV, you don't have to post if you're tired of hearing this kind of thing.
