nexon made another glitch?

in NLC i can't even do "Welcome to NLC" Quiz. I can't even start a quest with Icebyrd Slim. I finished the Lita Lawless "Cleaning Up the Streets" quest, but when i try to turn it in, it won't let me. And I was looking forward to getting the warrior throne too. any ideas?

Either wait for nexon to fix this themselves, or send a ticket...but is there a difference? (BTW remember me? xD)

There isn't actually a quest. Just talk to him and there's like a quiz option somewhere. Do it. NOWWWWW
