When should a hermit stop WindRaiding, and start training somewhere else for a better income of experience.

Well I'm going to assume you are level 82 like your basil id says. You can stay at windraiders until level 90 and even beyond, however most hermits I know switch over to either sniping at newties or training at squids,death teddies, and wolf spiders between level 80 and 85. Himes too can be a good source of experience, although it is better when you have higher levels of flash jump and avenger(So maybe around level 95).

In terms of saving potions and good exp, which would be good out of all those places?

I went to newties at lvl 90, i got around 30% an hour there. Now im 97 and get around 20% an hour.

windraiders are extremely cheap is what i remember when i was a hermit o-0 drain made my barbarian pot consumption 10 per hour
