Sadly, I don't believe in low-STR when it comes to xbowman and gunslingers, but that's just me. :P And on-topic, no, because I have a 70 STR base Marksman.

THX U, People dont seem to understand that STR equips Cost more than DEX equips, so low-str is pretty much useless(unless you are getting the str from your Mon and zhelm). OFFTOPIC: Also Strless Slinger is riduclously nice.
