I logged a ticket and wrote this: Hi Nexon I am sorry to ask you for this request. I was doing Ludibrium Party Quest today. I was at 90% and at the last stage of the PQ I forgot to leave so I became level 51. So I feel very sad that I cannot do this PQ for the broken glasses anymore. So I'm hoping that you could turn my level 51(******) back to level 50 so I could get those broken glasses. If this can be done I would be happy to buy some NX to support Nexon. Thank you very much and have a nice day. The response after 3 days: Greetings ***, Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team. I understand that you would like to level down. Unfortunately, Customer Support cannot do this. There is an item available in the Cash Shop that will allow you to reset skills. The item is called AP Reset. Please carefully read the description of the item before purchase. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Happy Mapling. Sincerely, GM Diatia Nexon America, Inc. ------------------------------------------ Ok well you guys can blame me for forgetting to leave at that point in the PQ but look at Nexon, telling me to buy AP reset which makes no sense and was not what I asked them to do.(I was on my other account)

They still answered your question though...they were just trying to be more helpful by saying you can also buy AP/SP resets in case you didn't add points into the right stuff.

Of course they can't do that. They suggested the option for buying AP resets because typically that may be a reason someone would wish to go back a level. They have most of this stuff pretyped so that they can copy and paste to get through more tickets faster.
