Well, Windraider's are a hassle to get too, and I always fall of the cliffs and die fro Elder Wraiths >.> MP3 is decent training, but are there any places better for a level 72 Outlaw? Damage range is 838-1503, and I have level 7 Burst fire. Thanks for the help~

Get to lower ascent by hitting the elser wraiths with blank shot...they get stunned and you= epic win.

I know that, but the jump quest and getting there is a hassle too.

Go to Showa Town,I'm serious. The Extra D's give 465 exp and have 15,100 hp.

Nothing is quite as good as Windraiders at that level... that's kind of why everyone trains there, you know?

Stick to windraiders till at least your late-70's, preferebly mid-80's, I honestly can't think of a place that gives better exp. You just need to get used to the jump quest. It's not that hard. It only took me a couple of tries to get, and now I do it perfectly (not to mention I suck at jump quests overall). Look at some youtube videos on how to complete it. Can't say anything about elder wraiths, just blank shot like edin said. I'm so happy getting past the elder wraiths is so much easier for brawlers =D If you still can't handle the "hassle", go to voodoo/hoodoos. That should give you pretty good exp, I have an outlaw friend who trained there, and he did fine. 6800 hp and 335 exp is a pretty good hp:exp ratio.
