Okay so i found a 0 Attack, +11 speed Pico-Pico hammer. How much is it worth?

Alot. The point of a pico pico is to lure with it, with it being 0 that is the best you can get.

lol here's the story i was walking around FM 20 something and i notice this shop selling Pico-Pico hammers. As i dragged my mouse across them i noticed one had only 11 speed. I quickly bought it =]
