i hear talk about if you create a KoC that you get +12 weapon ATT. on your main charater? is this true? if so is it an items that give u 12 weapon att? what lvl do you have to be? can all characters get this? plz give me all the information you know. thanks!

You have to get the KoC to level 120 for that effect. Its a skill. Every 10 level s you get 1 att on your KoC

o sweet thanks so if i get my KoC to lvl 80 that would be like having an 8 att wg lol. is it harder to lvl a KoC or a normal caracter EX:pirate,thief,mage,archer,warrior?

It's 1 weapon attack, 2 magic attack, 1 accuracy, 1 avoidability, 1 weapon defense, and 1 magic defense per skill level.
