Because I didn't. Linda Meyers of Maple Ridge (Which is by the way close to me) went to the pool and simply slid her top off. She was then apprehended by RCMP. After that, she took them to the Supreme Court of Canada, where she won. The judge deemed it as discrimination, since men are allowed to go topless. Even though it's legal, I still don't recommend it...
