| Talk to agent E, and choose the bottom option, i think its like "talk to agent e" or sumthin, n say u want to go to the agent HQ, from there u can talk to agent W and give him the watermelons |

| Yes, this is the 3rd time I have done it on my low lvl bandit, I think its every hour or every 2 hours, not sure, one of those tho, u get 10k exp everytime and a new tube, so u have to drop the old one in exchange for a new one. |
